Cuba Grounds Maintenance Technician, discusses and demonstrates professional-grade techniques for cleaning and safely sharpening pruning shears, loppers, shovels, spades, and trowels. Get a jump-start on spring now! Bring what you need sharpened and a pair of work gloves.

This program takes place in person at Mt. Cuba Center on Saturday, February 15, 2025 (Rain Date: Saturday, February 22).

About the Instructor:

Charlie Reidinger is a Grounds Maintenance Technician at Mt. Cuba Center since 2019. Before joining the Mt. Cuba team, Charlie spent 7+ years leading Trail Maintenance crews throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. Outside of work, you can find Charlie foraging for wild edibles or just enjoying the many trails this area has to offer.
